ABOUT IBS, LLC:  

Insight Business Systems, LLC is an engineering & technology service organization based in Tioga County Pennsylvania. We infuse our clients' operations with the business management experience, IS experience, and engineering experience accumulated over the last 20 years. Our systems knowledge typically covers all aspects of business activity (purchasing, stock-room, MRP, capacity, warehousing, sales, etc).

WE ARE DATABASE SYSTEM EXPERTS: Our staff has been developing database applications for almost 20 years and have been active many desktop databases systems and RDBM systems. We have engaged in project work that involves nearly all of RDBM functionality including disaster recovery, database tuning, DTS objects, replication, OLAP cubes, and data mining solutions.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT IS KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL INITIATIVE: Our staff has established a record of strong performance as a leader in managing various projects in a variety of organizational settings and has an exemplary record in controlling/reducing costs while simultaneously increasing service levels. Past initiatives have been progressive in creating and implementing system architectures and project goals. Our background includes enterprise-wide planning and control systems, cost reduction, financial analysis, and management systems. We adhere to a Project Management Methodology to provide a framework for all IT initiatives.
